Vegetarian Weight Loss Ebook Review



I received Vegetarian Weight Loss by Jonathan Vine free to review.



























This book contains 50 recipes (breakfast,lunch and dinner) to help you get on the right track losing weight the Vegetarian way.  It explains all the benefits of becoming a Vegetarian and is broken up into easy to follow chapters.

This isn't just a recipe book like some of Mr. Vine's other books but teaches you the differences on being Vegetarian vs Vegan as well as what things to look for in order to maintain a healthy and nutritious diet plan.

I found this book to be very useful. Some of my favorite recipes included Cherry Waffles and making home make Veggie Burgers from scratch.  While Veggie burgers from the store are okay in moderation,as explained in the book,it's better to make things from scratch as they are far more healthier than pre-made foods.

So far I've lost about 2 lbs since following the recipes in this book. I hope to lose more by following the plan.
