I received a bottle of their Mood Boost Spray in Smart. It is a blend of lemon and grapefruit with other essential oils. Here are some photos of my Welcome kit:

I like the natural scent of the lemon of the ADORAtherapy MOOD Boost Spray in Smart. I couldn't detect any grapefruit though. My husband thought it smelled a little like Tea Tree Oil when I applied it to my wrists. He liked the fragrance on me though and said it smells nice. The scent lasted about 6 hours. So if you prefer a long lasting fragrance it's great.
